Our specialty is insuring 2-10 unit residential condo & apartment buildings. This includes condos, duplexes, “condexes”, multi-families, triple deckers, brownstones, and apartments.
How fast can I get an indication of the premium?
Immediate premium indications can be given over the phone or by email. You can also use our Online Indication Form.
How fast can I get a quote?
Same day with a completed application and a picture of the risk (download an Application here, MS Word or PDF format ). We underwrite in-house, so decisions will be made quickly.
How long does it take to start selling the Brownstone Program?
You can get an Online Indication for your client right away; we can take care of your agency paperwork when we move on to a proposal and binding. You can even download some applications and begin marketing Brownstone right away.

Who is the claim service?
Our claims are handled by a local adjustment firm, Samuel F. McCormack Adjusters. Contact is immediate and claims settled fairly.
